Metropolis at Metrotown gift cards can be redeemed at all participating stores and services. Buy your gift cards in person at either of our Customer Service Centres.
 
For corporate, or large orders (over $500), preorder your gift cards by contacting the Administration Office at 604-438-4700. You can then pick up your order from the office at Metrotower II (just behind the shopping centre) in Suite 604. The office is open 8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Please allow 24 hours for gift card processing on orders of $500 or more.
 
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and debit cards.
 
Gift card holders can now check their balance online by entering the 12 digit gift card number and the 6 digit security number (located on the bottom left hand corner of the card).
