For December 2011 to try to ensure delivery of online orders:

1. orders for "pick up" ordered by Friday December 23 can be picked up until the mall closes at 6:00 PM on Saturday December 24. Photo ID is required.

2. orders to be "shipped" must be ordered by Friday December 16. These orders should be received the following week.

Orders for shipping that are received after December 16 may not be delivered in time for the holiday.

**Please note that the Administration Office will be closed the week of December 27-30. Online orders received after Friday December 23 will be ready for pick up and shipping the first week of January 2012.**

To purchase more than $500 worth of gift cards, please contact the Administration Office at 604-438-4700. Large orders can then be picked up from suite 604 in Metrotower II (behind the shopping centre). The office is open 8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Please allow 24 hours for gift card processing.

There is a $2.50 monthly card account maintenance fee, which is waived for the first 12 months from issue date of the card, except where prohibited by law.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Gratuities cannot be deducted from the gift card. The value of this card will not be replaced if the card is lost, stolen or destroyed unless the original receipt and proper ID are presented to Customer Service. With receipt, the card’s remaining balance will be reissued.
