Puffos was born out of a dream to bring the joy of water lily seeds to Canada while building something meaningful for my family. What started as a simple idea turned into a passion to create a playful, better-for-you snack brand that celebrates both tradition and innovation. Water Lily seeds are naturally high in protein, low in calories, and packed with nutrients — making it the perfect guilt-free alternative to processed snacks. Behind every puff is a bigger purpose: to one day retire my parents and give back to the people who made this dream possible.
