Terms and conditions – In-Mall and Online B2C Offer

Campaign dates, participating centers, promotional offer: From August 17 to 30, 2026(EDT), will take place the Back-to-School Gift Card campaign in-mall at the Guest Services kiosk at participating shopping centers. *For complete list, visit: (Where to use it (shopping.ca)).

Participating shopping centres: All centres (except Place Montreal Trust) *Note: Online for CEM is dependant on HELLO’s development.

The B2C in-mall offer.

B2C PROMOTIONAL OFFER: ALL CENTRES_ (Except GDA and CEM)

In-mall and Online: Purchase $200 in gift cards and receive a $15 reward

Limits:

In-mall: A maximum of $375 in bonuses, per customer, per 24-hour period.

Online: A maximum of $225 in bonuses, per customer, per 24-hour period.

B2C PROMOTIONAL OFFER: GDA and CEM

In-mall and Online: Purchase $130 in gift cards and receive a $10 reward

Limits:

In-mall: A maximum of $380 in bonuses, per customer, per 24-hour period.

Online: A maximum of $230 in bonuses, per customer, per 24-hour period.

In-mall and Online limits: Maximum rewards listed above for each offer, per household/per customer, per 24-hour period (while supplies last). To be eligible for the Reward Card, the purchase must be made in a single transaction, but the Gift Cards can be activated in various increments of choice, with a minimum load amount of $25 per Gift
Card and a maximum amount of $1,000.

Plastic shopping centre Gift Card terms and conditions differ, see Cardholder Agreement for more details. Shopping Centre Gift Card funds do not expire. Reward Gift Card funds expire 12 months from the card activation date.

Offer is available in-mall only, at the Guest Services kiosk of participating shopping centers.

The offer cannot be combined with any other shopping centre Gift Card promotions.

No ATM use. Additional limitations apply. See Cardholder Agreement for complete details. Shopping centre Gift Card is not eligible for protection under any Zero Liability policy. Shopping centre Gift Card is issued by Peoples Trust Company. Funds are not insured by the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation (CDIC).

Shopping centre Gift Card funds do not expire, non-reloadable and no cash access. Shopping centre Reward Card are non-reloadable and no cash access.

JLL reserves the right to suspend or permanently stop this promotion at any time without notice and at its sole discretion.

Gift cards cannot be used to pay for tips or other gratuities, or to make a payment against any account or loan. It is not authorized to use Shopping Centre Gift Cards as payment methods for the purchase of merchant Gift Cards, prepaid Gift Cards and prepaid credit cards such as VISA, Mastercard and American Express.

Gift cards can only be redeemed at participating retailers in participating shopping centers nationwide. The shopping centre Gift Card cannot be used as a payment method for an online order.
