Giving Technology a Second Life

At Metropolis at Metrotown, sustainability includes making thoughtful choices about how we manage and reuse resources. By extending the life of electronic equipment, we help reduce unnecessary waste while creating opportunities for technology to benefit others.

Through the donation of used computers, printers, and monitors to organizations and individuals in need, we support the reuse of valuable equipment and help keep electronics out of landfills.

Reuse Today. Reduce Waste Tomorrow.

Electronic equipment can continue to provide value long after its initial use. Rather than disposing of technology that still has a useful life, we prioritize opportunities for reuse through donations that connect equipment with people and organizations who can benefit from it.

Our approach helps to:

• Extend the life of technology by giving computers, printers, and monitors a second use.
• Reduce electronic waste by diverting reusable equipment from landfills.
• Support our community by making technology available to organizations and individuals in need.
• Encourage responsible resource use by making the most of existing equipment before it reaches the end of its useful life.

Small Actions, Meaningful Impact

Responsible electronics management is one way we can contribute to a more sustainable future. By prioritizing reuse and supporting community needs, Metropolis at Metrotown continues to explore practical ways to reduce waste and make better use of resources across the property.

Extending the life of technology helps reduce waste while creating value beyond its original use.
