Our Guest Services is located on the Ground Level next to Walmart. Stop by in-person or you can contact our Guest Service by phone 604-438-4715 or by texting 604-359-9111 during mall hours.
Available free of charge at Guest Services on the Ground Level. A piece of Government ID is required to be held in exchange for use of the stroller.
For those who have difficulty walking for long periods of time, we can provide free wheelchair and walker loans. All you need to do is visit Guest Services and present valid government-issued photo ID.
The EV Charging Stations are currently under construction. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Available at Guest Services. We are unable to accommodate oversized items.
Free of charge, phone number is required during use. Phone number must be able to receive a one-time SMS code. Please note that lockers are emptied out each evening as they are not meant to be used for long-term storage.
The lockers are located on the Upper Level by the Kernels entrance, or on the Ground Level by Superstore
CIBC, Scotiabank, and other machines available.
The Taxi Station is located outside the Superstore entrance. Customers can also contact taxis through visiting Guest Services for assistance.
The Tourist Information Booth is in operation from May to September and is run by the City of Burnaby. It is located beside the Food Court on the Upper Level.

Metropolis at Metrotown offers over 5,500 complimentary parking spaces for shoppers, valid for up to four hours with no registration required.
Certain parking areas are designated as paid zones, with signage and pay stations clearly indicated. Metropolis at Metrotown and La Caisse do not manage these paid areas.
Metropolis at Metrotown does not allow posters to be posted in our centre. There are no community boards available for posting. If you would like to advertise within the shopping centre, please see paid advertising opportunities here.
