Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their beauty needs and preferences.
Provide product demonstrations and makeup application services to enhance customer satisfaction.
Assist customers with selecting products that best suit their individual needs.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently as part of the cashiering process.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandising display to attract customers.
Upsell products by effectively communicating their benefits and features.
Ensure the beauty area is clean, well-stocked, and inviting at all times.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall customer experience.
Utilize POS systems for processing transactions and managing inventory.
Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for clients.
Proficiency in cash handling and basic math for accurate transaction processing.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
Experience in retail sales, particularly in the beauty industry, is highly desirable.
