Visit Guest Services today to receive your new 2026 expiry sticker for your Metrocard.

To receive an employee discount card, request one from your store manager. Discount offers are applicable to current Metropolis at Metrotown employees only. Must present a valid discount card to merchant to receive offer. If this card is found, please return it to the Guest Services desk. Discount card is non-transferable and may only be used by the employee indicated on this card. Upon reaching the expiry date, request a new discount card from your store manager.

Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or discounts, unless otherwise specified. Discounts apply to total before tax. Discounts cannot be used on previously purchased merchandise, for the purchase of gift cards, or at any other location other than Metropolis at Metrotown. No cash value. All discounts may be cancelled or modified at any time.
