Lost and Found

If you think you may have lost something at Metropolis at Metrotown, please phone our Guest Services at 604-438-4715 or text 604-359-9111. Retailers may have their own lost and found, so please contact them directly if you were shopping in their stores.

Parking

Metropolis at Metrotown offers over 5,500 complimentary parking spaces for shoppers, valid for up to four hours with no registration required.

Certain parking areas are designated as paid zones, with signage and pay stations clearly indicated. Metropolis at Metrotown and La Caisse do not manage these paid areas.

  • EAST Surface Lot (Kingsway, between Sussex and Nelson) – Paid parking in effect; owned by Concord Pacific and managed by Indigo.
  • Selected Underground Parking (P1 & P2, below Sport Chek & Zara) – Paid parking is in effect on Monday to Friday from 6AM to 6PM. Free parking is available in this area on evenings after 6PM and weekends. Paid stalls are owned by Metrotower Office Complex and managed by Impark (red signs) and Concord (blue signs).
Can I distribute posters in the centre?

Metropolis at Metrotown does not allow posters to be posted in our centre. There are no community boards available for posting. If you would like to advertise within the shopping centre, please see paid advertising opportunities here.

Does Metropolis at Metrotown provide donations?

Metropolis at Metrotown does provide non-profit and charitable donations. For details on how to submit your request click here.

Can I conduct a survey or questionnaire in the centre?

No, Metropolis at Metrotown does not allow solicitation in our centre.
