Our Guest Services is located on the Ground Level next to Walmart. Stop by in-person or you can contact our Guest Service by phone 604-438-4715 or by texting 604-359-9111 during mall hours.

Free Stroller Rentals

Available free of charge at Guest Services on the Ground Level. A piece of Government ID is required to be held in exchange for use of the stroller.

Free Wheelchair/Walker Loans

For those who have difficulty walking for long periods of time, we can provide free wheelchair and walker loans. All you need to do is visit Guest Services and present valid government-issued photo ID.

EV Charging Stations

Metropolis at Metrotown offers convenient public Electric Vehicle charging with 34 charging stations located across our two parkades. All charging stations are available through the SWTCH charging network and app.

Charging Station Locations:

Parkade – P1 Level (Below Atrium Court)

Accessible from the Central Boulevard parkade entrance or the Kingsway/Sussex Avenue entrance, located near the Security Office below Atrium Court.

• 4 Level 3 DC Fast Chargers
• 14 Level 2 EV Chargers

Parkade – P1 Level (Below Food Court)

Accessible from the Kingsway/McMurray Avenue entrance, located below the Food Court.

• 4 Level 3 DC Fast Chargers
• 12 Level 2 EV Chargers

Charging Guidelines:

• Level 2 EV Chargers: Maximum 4-hour time limit
• Level 3 DC Fast Chargers: Maximum 45-minute time limit

Charging Fees:

• Level 2: $0.30/kWh | Maximum 4 hours | 15-minute grace period | $5/hour idle fee thereafter.
• Level 3: $0.40/kWh | Maximum 45 minutes | 15-minute grace period | $0.40/minute idle fee thereafter.

Charging fees and idling fees apply and are subject to change.  Please check the charger or SWTCH for current rates and instructions before starting your session.

Gift Wrap Service

Available at Guest Services. We are unable to accommodate oversized items.

Free Lockers

Free of charge, phone number is required during use. Phone number must be able to receive a one-time SMS code. Please note that lockers are emptied out each evening as they are not meant to be used for long-term storage.
The lockers are located on the Upper Level by the Kernels entrance, or on the Ground Level by Superstore

ATM Machines

CIBC, Scotiabank, and other machines available.

Taxi Station

The Taxi Station is located outside the Superstore entrance. Customers can also contact taxis through visiting Guest Services for assistance.

Tourist Information Booth

The Tourist Information Booth is in operation from May to September and is run by the City of Burnaby.  It is located beside the Food Court on the Upper Level.
